Container Substations

A significant production segment is container substations. Completion of the order and handling of containers is carried out in a hall with a portal crane.

Container substations replace classic building objects in the implementation of operating equipment on remote objects and on technological structures, drilling platforms, etc.

The structural design of the container takes into account technologically specific customer requirements, for example with regard to dimensions, equipment, use, static and dynamic states, climatic conditions and environmental influence, gas tightness and watertightness, fire resistance and internal operating temperature.

Containers can be supplied individually or as a building assembly with a possible technological mezzanine. Dimensions of containers meet the conditions for international transport. The maximum possible length of a building unit is up to 16 m. The frame structure is self-supporting, welded from steel profiles. Surface treatment is carried out with an anti-corrosion primer, the top cover coat is two-component in a shade according to customer requirements.

A specific segment is deliveries for gas and oil extraction on offshore platforms, designed for installation and offshore operation adapted to climatic and local conditions.
